How can I assign custom templates to one or more matches?

A custom template can be assigned at the risk tier, tournament or match level. It can be assigned to multiple items at the same level, but only to one level at a time. Assigning a risk-tier template to tournaments removes its risk-tier assignments. Assigning it to individual matches removes its tournament or risk-tier assignments. A template that is not assigned at any level is not in use.
