What is the purpose of debitTransaction DebitWithUpdatedPossibleWin?

DebitWithUpdatedPossibleWin is a confirmation of the accepted ticket. It is only informative, so the ticket will be accepted even if you do not provide a response from your API. It carries the information which odds & possible winnings is ticket really accepted with after the bet delay has passed - if a user chooses as an option in the iFrame bet slip to always accept all or higher odds, the accepted odds can be different then the original odds the bet was placed with. The default setting of the iFrame is to send you this message as a confirmation after the risk check, and you should respond to it with HTTP 200 - OK and errorCode 0 or 5. The default code of this transaction type is -3 and the amount value is always 0.
