Why can’t I initialise the iFrame?
Please follow the troubleshooting below:
1. Are the domains whitelisted?
- Yes – please proceed to the next step.
- No –- please add the domains (where you will be using the iFrame) through the back office under BIFROST > Settings > Allowed URLs and check if the problem remains.
2. Are you trying to initialise the iFrame using the correct brandToken?
- Yes – please proceed to the next step.
- No – you can find the
brandTokenin the back-office > Settings > Clients > [your_account_name] > Tokens > [select the “iFrame” token]. Try initialising the iFrame using the token – if the problem remains, please reach out.
3. Are you trying to initialise the iFrame using the user token?
Until you have set up the HTTP API with the /userDetails endpoint that correctly returns the user data for the passed user session token, you should omit the token field from the initialisation script. This way, you will be able to load up the iFrame in the “logged-out” mode.
