Will action links/buttons such as redirection to Deposit, Login/Register, specific parts of the parent website be configurable from your BO platform?

These are handled on your side and are not a part of the iFrame. What we provide is an event; if a user tries to place a bet when they are not logged in, then an event is triggered that you can hook on to and display your login screen/popup.
