How is the change of end time for the tournament handled?

The tournament end time change can take up to 24h to be propagated after updating it. Events where Outrights markets are offered generally have a fixed end time, and for other tournaments, the date may be extended, but we generally go by the final date of the whole tournament or we divide the tournaments into separate stages (group stage, finals, etc.).
