Which maps get player props pre-match for CS2?

For CS2, player prop markets are created pre-match for both Map 1 and Map 2. This is typically done 45 minutes before match start for most matches. Map 3 props are only opened once we know Map 3 will be played (i.e. after Maps 1 and 2 are complete).
