Does OddsDisplayType (.NET) only support two types, which are DECIMAL and AMERICAN? What about HONGKONG, MALAY and INDO?

Yes, only DECIMAL and AMERICAN are supported in the SDK. For the other formats, clients need to calculate them by themselves.
