How are suspended odds different from deactivated odds?

• 0 = deactivated; the odds will probably not appear anymore; remove from the UI
• -1 = suspended; the odds are expected to appear again; lock/grey-out in the UI

These are the recommended actions; some clients also remove suspended odds from the UI, but usually there is too much “blinking” (odds appearing/reappearing) on the page, so it’s better to leave some placeholders for the suspended odds.
