I can’t connect to the odds feed/API.

Please follow the troubleshooting below.

1. Are your IPs whitelisted?

  • Yes – please proceed to the next step.
  • No – please add the IP(s)/IP range(s) through the back office under Settings> Clients> [your_account_name] > IP Whitelisting.

2. Are you trying to connect to the feed using the correct access token?

  • Yes – please proceed to the next step.
  • No – you can find the token in Settings Platform > Settings > Clients > [your_account_name] > Tokens > [select “Odds Feed” token].Try connecting to the Odds Feed using the token – if the problem remains, please reach out through your dedicated Oddin.gg communication channel.

3. Are you connecting to the correct environment (Integration/Production)?

During the Integration process, Production might not be enabled for you yet.
