Is the rollback_bet_cancel message expected to be sent after the bet_settlement message? Should we expect an additional bet settlement message?

There are two types of rollback messages: Rollback Bet Cancel and Rollback Bet Settlement.

1. The Rollback Bet Cancel message reverses the Bet Cancelmessage, so you can potentially retake the bets that were voided based on bet_cancel.
2. The Rollback Bet Settlement message reverses the Bet Settlement. So, if there has been a settlement, it will be reversed, and a new bet_settlementis expected. An already-settled market can be cancelled directly via a Bet Cancel message without a previous rollback.
