Is there any way to obtain all records for competitors and players?

There is no complete list of competitors and players, since this list is ever-changing. Otherwise, competitors’ (teams’) details can be seen through the /competitor API endpoint. The player IDs are communicated in the outcomes of the player markets and can be looked up on the player profile API endpoint.
