Can we reject the ticket if we haven’t received the response from OTS in over 6 seconds?

For every betting ticket you have, a bet delay information is set in the ticket (pending_delayfield). Based on general and player risk settings, this can be a different number every time. Only if you do not get a response from the OTS system in the bet delay + 5 seconds should the ticket be voided.
