Does the MaxStake response from OTS only cover Oddin selections?

The MaxStake response from OTS only covers Oddin selections (including OBB). Foreign selections on a ticket are not factored into our liability or max stake calculation. If you send a TicketMaxStake request with both Oddin and foreign selections, OTS will still return the max stake for the Oddin part only in the reoffer field within the TicketState fields. Foreign selections need to be handled separately with the respective provider.
