What are reoffer_id, location_id and channel?
- reoffer_id: When you create a new ticket based on the reoffer sent in the previously rejected ticket, you send that rejected ticket's ID in reoffer_id.
- location_id: This is your own ID of the location where the ticket was placed from, like specific betting shop, etc. You don't need to use this field; it's for your own tracking if you were to use multiple venues where you offer your solution.
- channel: This is a general channel of the platform where the ticket was placed. The field is mandatory – you should use one of the options from the enumeration available in the protobuf enumerations (https://github.com/oddin gg/otsschema/blob/master/proto/ots/enum/enums.proto):
enum TicketChannel {
// Not a valid value. Used for blocking 0 as invalid state.
TICKET_CHANNEL_UNSPECIFIED = 0;
TICKET_CHANNEL_INTERNET = 1;
TICKET_CHANNEL_RETAIL = 2;
TICKET_CHANNEL_TERMINAL = 3;
TICKET_CHANNEL_MOBILE = 4;
TICKET_CHANNEL_PHONE = 5;
TICKET_CHANNEL_SMS = 6;
